Lunas Booking Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Please cancel or adjust the number of guests in advance to avoid leaving unbooked tables. A reserved table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the booked time, after which it will be released to other guests. A cancellation or change is only valid after you receive confirmation through our booking system. If you are unsure whether you have canceled or not, please send an email to restaurang@lunalysekil.se.

NO-SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION
In case of no-show or cancellation on the same day, a booking fee of SEK 250 per person will be charged. No fee applies if individual guests are absent due to illness (a medical certificate may be required).

BOOKING TERMS

• 1-7 persons:
  • We recommend booking only for the number of guest you are certin will attend. Additional guests can be added later if needed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• 8-15 pesons:
  • A binding booking applies 3 days before arrival, with exceptions for individual illness cases (1-2 persons), with a medical certificate.
  • Cancellations made later than 3 days before arrival are non-refundable.
• 16 persons or more:
  • A binding booking applies 30 days before arrival, and pre-ordering of food is required.

PACKAGE BOOKINGS AND EVENTS

• For date-specific events, a binding booking and advance payment are required. Non-refundable.
• For package bookings, a binding registration is required 30 days in advance.

ALLERGIES
Do any of your guests have allergies? No problem! However, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. All allergies must be reported in writing to restaurang@lunalysekil.se.

EXPLANATION OF TERMS
Many times, we have to turn away other guests due to being fully booked, only to find that entire groups did not show up or significantly reduced the number of attendees. This causes us issues. A late cancellation or large reduction in the number of guests makes it difficult to fill the spaces on short notice, leading to costs for staff and food purchases, with no corresponding income. Therefore, after much consideration, we have decided to charge a cancellation fee of 250 sek per person for late cancellations. We hope for your understanding. This does not apply if a single person cannot attend due to illness*, which we fully understand. If you know in advance that not everyone in your group may be able to attend, book for fewer people and add additional seats later. Please cancel or adjust in good time!

INFORMATION FOR DATE-SPECIFIC BOOKINGS

• Date-specific wine tastings and other events, such as harvest festivals, etc., always have a limited number of seats.
• Invoices are sent directly at the time of booking. Tickets may be transferred to another guest in case of an emergency, but not at a higher price than paid.
• Any allergies must be reported in writein at least one week before arrival

GROUP & CORPORATE BOOKINGS

• Booking Information:
  • For corporate bookings, payment is made by invoice. Please complete the booking eith the invoicing recipient's name, company number, address, and phonenumber.
• Invoicing Information:
  • Upon booking, a 50% advance invoice will be sent. The final invoice will be sent 60 days before the arrival date. For bookings within 60 days, the invoice will be sent directly. Payment terms are 30 days before arrival. After invoicing applies to additional guests.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Binding booking applies 30 days before arrival. Objections must be made within 7 days. Any allergies must be pre-reported at least 7 days before arrival.

WINERY PACKAGE 

• Contents:
  • A vineyard tour with a sommelier and a tasting menu with a wine package.
  • For non-alcoholic menus or allergies, please notify us at least 7 days in advance.
• Booking Information:
  
  • Advance payment is required. Please complete the booking with the invoicing recipient's name, company number, address, and phone number. Invoice will be sent directly.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Binding booking applies 7 days before arrival for smaller groups. For groups of 8 or more, our group terms apply.
